# A small team. Products that get used.

NK Group builds software for industries nobody pays much attention to — building maintenance, construction, amateur sport.

We started because we kept seeing the same thing: serious work being run on spreadsheets, paper and group chats. Not because people would not want a better tool, but because the available ones were built for somebody else.

So we work one way — we start on site. We talk to the technician scanning the boiler and to the manager who has to prove it was done. The product comes after that.

We work from Plovdiv for clients in Bulgaria and across the EU. The source code, the database and the infrastructure stay yours — no vendor lock-in.

## How we work

- **We ship to production** — A product that has not launched is not a product. Every project on this page has real users today.
- **The code stays yours** — Repository, database and server are in your name. You can change the team without changing the product.
- **Fast by default** — Performance and accessibility are a constraint from day one, not a phase that gets postponed to the end.
