# BuildKin — Proof, not a folder of paper cards

A SaaS platform for building maintenance. QR stickers on elevators, boilers and fire extinguishers that a technician scans to log an inspection in seconds.

## The problem

Building managers and facility companies prove maintenance happened with paper cards. Those get lost, get backdated, and do not hold up under a compliance inspection.

## The solution

We built a digital audit trail. Every asset carries a QR code; every scan records time, technician, photos and a signature. Residents report issues with a photo without installing an app.
