What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address, optionally company, project type and budget, and the message itself. The server temporarily records your IP address in order to rate-limit abuse of the form.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and carry on the correspondence that follows. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, plus a legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last message. Abuse rate-limit records are kept for up to 24 hours and are not linked to your identity.
Who we share it with
Form messages are delivered by email through Resend Inc. acting as a data processor. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. Your language choice is stored in localStorage on your device and never leaves the browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
